General terms of hire

Initial payment: 30% of rental costs

Final payment: 2 weeks before arrival

Deposit: 500€, refund within 2 weeks

Conditions of cancellation:

• More than 1 month before arrival: initial payment 
• Less than 1 month before arrival: entire rentals costs due
  

Arrival: between 4pm and 8pm. After 8pm we ask for additional 50€ but Dominique could do some shopping if you need to fill the fridge a little bit.

Departure: latest at 10am

Visitor's tax: included

Household linen: included

Final cleaning: included

Baby bed & chair: on request

WLAN: free access
